In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our market presence by identifying and engaging potential partners, creating innovative opportunities, and driving strategic growth initiatives. This is a high impact position for someone who thrives on building meaningful relationships, influencing business decisions, and contributing to a mission that’s transforming the way people manage chronic health conditions.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to build meaningful connections with potential partners through networking events, industry conferences, and cold outreach.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Drive the lead generation strategy, including identifying high value target markets and creating tailored approaches to secure meetings with decision makers.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work collaboratively with the sales team to design sales processes and frameworks, guiding leads through the pipeline.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Analyze inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, and website inquiries, evaluating their fit and providing strategic recommendations for engagement.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Leverage HubSpot CRM to track interactions, manage lead statuses, and ensure accurate deal routing while following established best practices.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Conduct in depth research on market trends, competitive developments, and regulatory changes to proactively identify new business opportunities and recommend strategic adjustments.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing market insights, customer feedback, and innovative ideas that influence business planning and strategic decision making.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What you’ll bring:</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>Minimum Qualifications</em></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), driving prospecting, outreach, and qualified lead generation</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven ability to exercise independent judgment and make decisions on lead prioritization, outreach strategies, and potential opportunities.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in presenting recommendations to leadership teams.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A self starter who takes initiative, demonstrates ownership, and can work independently with minimal oversight.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Highly organized with excellent project management skills and the ability to balance strategic and tactical responsibilities.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>Preferred Qualifications</em></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Flexibility and openness to change: you thrive in fast moving environments.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Intellectually curious, self motivated, and energized by connecting with others.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfortable using tools like HubSpot and Google Workspace to stay organized and track progress.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>This role offers a base salary of $55,000 with on target earnings of $90,000</em></p><h2>What you can expect at 9amHealth</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">At 9amHealth, you'll join the exciting environment of a startup with the stability of highly experienced founders that have successfully built a business from scratch.
