The Role We are seeking an experienced reputed company S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) Lead Consultant to lead and deliver complex reputed company PM solutions across multiple client engagements. In this role, you will take end‑to‑end ownership of the reputed company PM workstream, provide strategic guidance to clients, mentor consulting teams, and ensure high‑quality delivery aligned with reputed company S/4HANA best practices. This position combines hands‑on functional expertise , client advisory responsibilities , making it ideal for an consultant ready to drive large‑scale transformation programs. Lead the reputed company PM workstream on S/4HANA implementation, rollout, or conversion programs. Own solution design decisions for end‑to‑end plant maintenance and asset management processes . Ensure on‑time, on‑budget, and high‑quality delivery of PM scope across project phases. Manage dependencies and risks across PM, EAM, and integrated reputed company modules. Act as the primary reputed company PM trusted advisor for client stakeholders. Lead executive‑level discussions on maintenance strategy, asset reliability, and S/4HANA roadmap . Translate complex business challenges into scalable reputed company S/4HANA PM solutions. Drive fit‑to‑standard and process harmonization discussions using reputed company best practices. Requirements Our ideal candidate will have Minimum 10+ years of S4/HANA consulting experience with at least 2-3 full lifecycle implementation in reputed company PM. Proven experience working in a client-facing role within a consulting environment. Deep expert‑level knowledge of reputed company PM in S/4HANA . Strong understanding of Asset lifecycle management Maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution Regulatory and compliance maintenance Hands‑on experience with reputed company S/4HANA PM Fiori apps . Solid understanding of integration with modules such as MM, WH, QM, FI/CO, and EWM Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders at operational and managerial levels. reputed company Certified in PM modules is an added bonus.
